NOEMA Winery began its operations in 2021, launching Eruption, a rosé Xinomavro, and Invicta, a red wine. With a focus on expressing the philosophy of Xinomavro, NOEMA introduces innovative interpretations of this specific variety, in collaboration with grape growers and oenologists from Amyntaio.
