The Talisker distillery is an island-based distillery for single malt Scotch whisky, located in Carbost, Scotland, on the Minginish Peninsula on the Isle of Skye. Founded in 1830, it is known for its maritime influence and the strong balance of smoke, salt, and sweetness.
Through a road trip with the essence of Scotland to the southernmost mainland edge of Greece, we were able to experience the distinct essence of Talisker. We felt its unique heritage and sea breeze. We savored its refined taste, transported mentally to the shores of the Isle of Skye.
Legendary castle towns, imposing cliffs, waves crashing fiercely on shores that take your breath away. The deep blue of the sea meeting the rugged cliffs. Everything so perfect and stunning, creating a faithful representation of the birthplace of our beloved Talisker.
